We're looking for a talented individual to join us as a Crew Supervisor! This role oversees a crew helping us expand our offering to direct installation of weatherization work for our partnership with various utilities across the state of New Jersey. We need a strong player/coach who can lead a team of technicians and ensure their accuracy, productivity, and overall progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently coach, train, and motivate your crew of Energy Technicians
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers
• Conduct installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions
• Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and adhere to program requirements
• Provide input and status updates to program staff, while troubleshooting any technical problems as they arise

Education and Experience:

• Over 3 years' relevant industry experience preferred
• BPI Certification a plus

Compensation:

$32 - $35 / hour

DOT Requirements
