Customer Service Team Member Full‑time, in‑person position at Cindy Morgan State Farm. Must obtain a North Carolina Property & Casualty license. Responsibilities Assist customers with billing account questions and service needs. Help customers with policy inquiries and updates. Support customers with claims‑related questions and next steps. Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation. Provide excellent customer communication in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
