Endodontist

We are looking for a part-time Endodontist to practice in our Aiea & Mililani, Hawaii offices.

• GD Aiea - 98-211 Pali Momi Street, Aiea, HI 96701
• GD Mililani - 95-390 Kuahelani, Mililani, HI 96789

Position Qualifications:

• Endodontic Residency Certificate & Board Certification Required
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Active HI Dental License in good standing (or the ability to acquire OR license by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
