RN Resident - Medical Surgical at Providence Medford Medical Center is 0.9 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a night shift.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center where you’ll support nurses both in and out of surgery, among other patient care tasks. As a Providence caregiver, you’ll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Preferred Qualification:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
