Accounts payable specialist

We are currently interviewing for an accounts payable specialist for a contract role here in San Antonio! The ideal candidate must possess full-cycle transactional workflows, including high-volume invoice processing, meticulous 3-way matching, and weekly disbursement execution. They will be the point of contact for all vendors and must be able to manage invoice discrepancies. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

High attention to detail for matching invoices, purchase orders, and receipts (3-way matching).

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for data reconciliation.

Performing monthly bank and vendor statement reconciliations to ensure general ledger accuracy.

Spotting discrepancies, duplicate billings, or pricing errors before payments are issued.
