What We Offer On‑call position (part‑time, hourly) up to 39 hours per week. Pay range: $25.00–$31.00 per hour, based on experience and education. Eligible to enroll in the 457b retirement plan. Other benefits: not eligible for additional benefits. Work schedule: routine or variable work schedules, Monday through Friday, hours determined upon hire. Location & Schedule This role is primarily based at the Wellington Webb Building (201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80202) and may require occasional travel to other City buildings, all within walking distance. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, specific hours determined upon hire. Who We Are & What You’ll Do The Denver City Attorney’s Office is one of the largest law firms in Colorado, with over 230 attorneys and staff members, including paralegals, victim advocates and other support and supervisory staff. It serves the Mayor, City Council, all other elected and appointed officials, city agencies, departments, boards, commissions and employees. The office is dedicated to an equitable, inclusive and diverse work environment. We are hiring a part‑time Executive AssistantII for the Prosecution and Code Enforcement (PACE) and Finance and Business Operations (FABO) Sections. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the functionality and maintenance of printers in the courtroom. Ensure brochures are printed, organized and consistently stocked for distribution. Maintain and update the internal staff phone list. Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary. Assist with filing pretrial and probation revocation reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage incoming emails for general responses. Update name records with new addresses. Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and securing rooms for all‑PACE meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Review and process claim payment requests. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments and staff. Coordinate facilities requests to ensure operations run efficiently. Prepare, maintain and distribute miscellaneous reports to support departmental operations and management needs. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Strong organizational skills. Ability to follow through on assignments and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Ability to learn new software systems. Minimum Qualifications Education: high‑school graduation, GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate. Experience: Three (3) years of administrative/secretarial experience, including one year providing support to a core middle manager. Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may substitute for the minimum experience requirement. License/Certification: None.
