Role Quanata is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team dedicated to managing and supporting enterprise‑level IT systems. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and optimizing critical IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and agility across the organization. Responsibilities Drive the successful execution of Enterprise projects, utilizing strong project management capabilities to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery, along with proactive risk management. Administer and maintain the Enterprise network and VPN infrastructure. Develop and implement automated solutions to replace manual operational tasks. Contribute specialized technical knowledge to organisation‑wide initiatives, solving complex problems with creative and effective strategies. Partner with diverse stakeholders to verify that Enterprise applications comply with established standards and security protocols. Create, document, and maintain clear team processes and workflows to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Participate in an on‑call rotation. About You Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 6‑8 years of relevant experience, including networking and VPN experience; automation through scripting or IaC frameworks; enterprise application integrations; SSO, SAML, OIDC, MDM software experience; identity, access and authentication management; developing and implementing internal IT systems, policies and procedures; proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or Bash). Salary and Benefits Salaries ranging from $165,000 to $195,000.* Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental income plans, Headspace app subscription, wellness allowance, 401(k) plan with company match.
