Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx. RN Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor nursing documentation and clinical practices
Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance oversight
Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and effectively
Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being
Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations
Requirements
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Previous RN Supervisory experience Required
Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
