QUICK OVERVIEW (TL;DR)
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to grow referral partnerships across commercial sectors such as property management, senior living, hospitality, and retail. This is a field-based role for a relationship-driven sales professional who can build trust, develop new business, and grow a territory with autonomy and accountability.

THE ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Represent Paul Davis at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain regular contact with key accounts to drive retention and growth.
• Track pipeline activity, territory performance, and market trends.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Restoration, construction, or property services experience.
• Existing network within insurance, property management, or commercial real estate.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $75K–$85K plus commission.
• Total compensation potential: $150K+.
