Facility Leader – Fitness Operations, Sales & Coaching Location: Savannah, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $55,000 base with upside to $65,000 + relocation assistance Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Facility Leader to drive the growth and day-to-day success of a fitness facility in Savannah. This is a unique leadership role combining membership and personal training sales, fitness consultations, Small Group Training (SGT) coaching, member retention, operations, and community outreach. The Facility Leader will initially operate as the primary driver of the business, coaching approximately 10–12 hours per week while dedicating the remainder of the schedule to sales, consultations, member engagement, operations, and business development. Key Responsibilities Drive membership, PT, and SGT sales and consistently grow total facility revenue. Conduct fitness consultations and convert prospects into memberships and training programs. Coach approximately 10–12 hours of SGT per week and add sessions as client demand grows. Build the PT/SGT business toward $8,500–$10,000 in monthly revenue, creating the foundation for additional staffing. Manage leads and work toward approximately 30% booking, 60% show, and 50% close rates. Maintain net-positive membership growth during at least 9 of 12 months. Maintain membership and PT client attrition between 3–6% monthly through proactive engagement and follow-up. Complete client assessments every eight weeks and maintain current training programs. Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, accurate reporting, and professional operating standards. Build local partnerships and execute at least one community or joint-venture event per quarter. Support local marketing efforts and provide authentic member and coaching content. Lead and develop additional team members as the business grows. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate has experience in fitness sales, personal training, fitness management, or a similar results-driven environment. You should be comfortable selling, coaching, building relationships, managing operations, and taking ownership of measurable business results. This role is particularly suited for an entrepreneurial fitness professional who enjoys building a business rather than simply managing an established operation. Key Performance Measures Success will be measured by total revenue and membership growth, PT/SGT sales, sales conversion, member retention, coaching quality, operational standards, and community lead generation. During the facility's growth phase, the goal is to drive significant year-over-year revenue growth until the location approaches approximately $500,000 in annual revenue, followed by sustainable annual growth.
