HR Partner - Engineering

Stellantis is seeking an HR Partner to support the Propulsion Systems team within our North American Product Development and Technology organization. The HR Partner serves as an advisor to management on human resources-related matters,anticipatesHR-related needs andseeksto develop integrated solutions focused on attracting and enabling talent in the organization. Partnering closely with the leaders, the successful HR Partner will build trusting relationships with the business and across the HR function that deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the businessobjectivesof the organization. Responsibilities Fosters a culture of performance,feedbackand accountability through performance management consultation with leaders and employees.Has an understanding of the tools and processes used to develop talent including talent reviews, rotational programs, career pathing, etc. Partners with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure the selection/development of the right people for new and existing positions. Drives the change management process to help the business navigate the emotions of change and transition, and ensures alignment and commitment through people, process, structure,recognitionand/or culture. Understands the business and how talent management affects results. Approaches problem solving from a business-talent perspective. Builds strong relationships andactivelynetworks within theorganizationbuilding quality partnerships with people leaders and talent at all levels. Providesday-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders and employees including coaching,counselingand career development. Supports fostering a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization at their full potential. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology or related degrees. Masters preferred. Minimum 5 years in an HR related capacity working in a medium to large organization.Experience as an HR business partner preferred. Experience as an HR partner and/or talent acquisition, compensation, organization development and/or employee relations activities. Ability to quickly process information, connect and integrate data into solutions and problem solving. Attention to detail and customer service orientation. Self-motivated, action-oriented anddemonstratesa sense of urgency.Proactively solves problems and embodies a commitment to high-performance. Strong communication skills and ability to influence others at all levels of the organization in support of business objectives. Naturally curious and driven to understand business operations and quicklyacquiretechnology and industry knowledge. Adept at conflict resolution and providing feedback to improve performance.
