Responsibilities Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs, consistent with Levi's® service approach. Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with store management on elevated consumer issues. Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards; perform store procedures in compliance with store policy. Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs; follow directives of store management. Qualifications & Requirements Fashion savvy and interested in current trends. Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders. Reliable transportation. Minimum age 16. Location Pottstown, PA, USA Employment Type Full time / Part time Compensation The pay range is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $13.45–$22.45 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
