You will manage Windows devices, MDM (Intune/NinjaOne), identity and access (Okta/SSO), and Tier 2 incidents while maintaining SLA commitments. You will use Jira Service Management for ticket queues, changes, and reporting, with occasional travel to Allen, TX.
