Duties Litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters. Advise employers on compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management. Requirements JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 3+ years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background. Current MA bar admission or ability to obtain admission. Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility to obtain admission. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
