  Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Emergency Medicine physicians

  EM residency trained required (no third pathway candidates)

Schedule & Coverage\n

  Average 15 ten-hour shifts per month (1,776 hours annually)

• \n

  No overnight shifts – true nights covered by a dedicated nocturnist team

• \n

  No call

\n
• \n

  Daily coverage includes 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage

\n
• \n

  Cerner EMR

\n
• \n

  Standard Emergency Department procedures

\n
• \n

  Serve as a clinical resource for APPs; potential future supervisory role

\n
• \n

  Open to 2026, 2027, and future-start candidates due to anticipated retirements

Compensation & Benefits\n

  $460,000 flat salary (no production or RVU requirements)

  $75,000 sign-on bonus

  $100,000 retention bonus
