Shift: 3-12 Hour Night Shifts plus alternating weekends

With its 318 beds, this non-profit, full-service acute care hospital offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, skilled nursing inpatient services, and a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms.

As an Advance Care Clinical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you'll find yourself at the heart of innovative clinical care, education, and quality improvement initiatives with many growth opportunities.

• Advance Clinical Care Unit (25 bed Telemetry unit)

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
• Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months RN acute care experience. Preferred, 1 year Med/Surg or Step-down Hospital experience or more.
• CPR Certification required.

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 43.35/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
