Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, giving me valuable experience helping customers through some of life's most challenging moments. I'm a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and our agency is actively involved in local initiatives, including supporting a teen driver safety program at a local high school and sponsoring local hospital employees. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Natacha Jocelyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
