Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Linen Laundry & Dishwashing Lead to oversee the cleaning, organization, and quality control of our linens, dishware, and related inventory. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive spotless, event-ready products every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the linen laundry and dishwashing team
- Operate and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and dish machines
- Inspect linens and dishware for cleanliness, stains, and damage
- Ensure proper sorting, folding, pressing, and packaging of linens
- Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness of work areas
- Train team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Coordinate workflow to meet event schedules and deadlines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in laundry, dishwashing, or warehouse operations preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
