• Schedule : Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Some Saturdays required: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities - BDC Service Specialist:

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Follow up with customers regarding service needs
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Utilize dealership software and CRM systems
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Requirements - BDC Service Specialist:

• Previous customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Professional appearance and business casual dress required
• Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Valid in-state driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
