Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our facility. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are well-kept and sanitary, providing a welcoming and comfortable space for our residents/guests/employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
- Change bedding and linens, ensuring all rooms are replenished with fresh towels and toiletries as needed.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas with attention to detail.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing items as required.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents/guests, addressing any specific needs or requests.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to provide references upon request.
