What You’ll Be Doing Perform full diagnostics and advanced mechanical repairs on muscle cars and custom builds Fabricate and weld custom components for fit, function, and form Lead projects from teardown through delivery, managing workflow and deadlines Collaborate with team members and update clients on progress Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 techs, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma required; associate’s degree in automotive technology preferred 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in high-performance or restoration environments Mastery of diagnostics, welding, fabrication, and drivetrain systems Ability to manage complex custom projects independently Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts, upgrades, and chassis tuning Excellent communication and documentation skills Alignment with our core values: Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Proactivity, and Respect What You’ll Get $35–$45/hr. starting pay, based on experience 401(k) with company contributions PTO and paid holidays after 90 days Access to internal training and continuing education Career advancement opportunities (Master Tech, Foreman, or Shop Management) Work alongside a team that values craftsmanship, character, and horsepower Ready to Apply?
