Inventory Coordinator Location: Litchfield, IL | Pay range: $19.25 – $21.25 per hour | Full Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:30am – 6:30pm | Non‑Exempt Corporate Mission At Curaleaf we redefine the cannabis industry through quality, expertise and innovation. You ensure accuracy in inventory inputs, audits and compliance, and partner closely with the Inventory Manager to identify issues early and support consistent processes across production and warehouse operations. What You’ll Do Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts and monthly audits across all production areas. Reconcile physical and system inventory levels and verify finished goods received from manufacturing. Assist with lost SKU investigations and promptly report discrepancies with proper documentation. Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling and stickering finished goods as needed. Accurately enter and maintain data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations. Prepare weekly compliance reports and support departments with audit needs and compliance‑related updates. Provide training on data collection, auditing procedures and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity. Identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy and overall operational efficiency. Uphold company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring 1+ year experience in data management, inventory auditing and inventory systems or Excel, ideally within distribution, fulfillment or production/warehouse environments. Highly organized, analytical and collaborative with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment. Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Reliable, detail‑oriented and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes. Even Better If Advanced experience with database and data‑warehouse systems, including integration, extraction and management across multiple platforms. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar inventory/ERP systems. Physical Requirements Stand, sit and walk for extended periods (8‑10 hours per shift). Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance. Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists. Repetitive bending, squatting and reaching. Climb ladders or step stools to access equipment. Use required PPE (masks, headset, respirators, boots, etc.) as necessary. Environmental Conditions Exposure to high humidity, varying temperatures and strong odors typical of cannabis production. Contact with soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens. Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as isopropyl alcohol. Exposure to loud noises from compressors, packaging equipment and alarms. Exposure to CO₂ manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved levels.
