Job Summary

Residential home builder seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to support customer meetings, documentation, permitting, and project organization. Position works directly with the sales team and customers to move projects from initial contract to construction start.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist our sales team during meetings by taking accurate notes and tracking action items
• Communicate with prospective and current customers regarding project details
• Create addendums, change orders, and other contract-related documents
• Prepare and submit permitting documentation with local municipalities
• Coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors as needed
• Follow up on outstanding items, approvals, and signatures
• Maintain accurate files, timelines, and project records
• Provide general administrative and operational support to sales

Preferred Experience

Experience in construction , real estate , permitting , project coordination , administrative support , or paralegal work preferred but not required.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and construction knowledge. Full-time conversion may include salary consideration.
