Human Resources GeneralistA rapidly growing technology services company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support its expanding team. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and ongoing employee support.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. This individual will serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership, helping ensure HR operations run efficiently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow within a fast paced and expanding organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage day to day HR administration and employee support functionsOversee recruitment activities including job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientationManage time and attendance, PTO tracking, and HR compliance through ADP or similar HRIS systemsSupport employee engagement, recognition, and feedback initiativesAdminister employee benefits, 401(k), FMLA, and other HR programsPrepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee recordsAssist with employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and terminationsEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policiesSupport leadership with HR initiatives and organizational growth strategiesHelp foster a positive, collaborative, and high performing workplace cultureQualifications:3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist or Coordinator role requiredExperience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS platform requiredStrong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsStrong problem solving abilities and a proactive mindsetAbility to think creatively and adapt in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and a commitment to employee support and engagementLocation: Lakewood, NJType: Full time, In OfficeSalary: $65,000–$75,000/year
