HVAC Maintenance Mechanic Days

Maintenance MechanicSt. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health is looking for a (full-time) HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team!Job Type: Full Time 40 hours per weekLocation: St. Mary Medical CenterThe Maintenance Mechanic maintains the readiness of all hospital centers, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate work with various vendors and contractors to assist in maintaining standards and achieving goals.As a Maintenance Mechanic you Will:1. Install and maintains sinks and toilets2. Install equipment used in the operation of HVAC system3. Install heating, refrigeration and lighting controls4. Assist electrician with installation of new service or projects5. Assist carpenters with installation of such items as doors, windows and locks6. Replace defective floor tiles7. Repair machinery and equipment to keep in good running order8. Repair fixed equipment major movable equipment and minor equipment i chairs treatment tables side rail lighting signs patient call lights9. Complete daily logs and requisitions10. Complete preventive maintenance forms and a timely manner11. Able to locate and demonstrate appropriate use of safety equipment12. Assist in snow and ice removal13. Demonstrate knowledge of incoming location of incoming services14.
