Business Analyst

Business AnalystRoles & Responsibilities• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.• Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.• Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.• Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court business rules, functions and requirements.• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.• Publishing progress reports; recommending actions.• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.Required Skills:• Min 5 - 7 years of work experience as a Business Analyst.• Good communication skills, good analytical skills.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
