Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | After-hours and weekend call rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Perform basic radiographic procedures including fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Conduct daily equipment quality control (QC) checks on CT systems
• Administer and manage studies with and without contrast media, applying knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and surgical/sterile procedures
• Provide timely diagnostic imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA radiologic technology program
• Active ARRT registration in Radiography (R)
• Active New Mexico state license as a general radiographer (permanent or temporary)
• Active New Mexico CT license (permanent or temporary)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of CT technologist experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MedHost EMR system
• Familiarity with surgical/sterile procedure protocols in an imaging environment
