The Elementary Teacher (4th-5th) is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality instruction to students in a private school setting. This role supports the academic, social, and emotional development of each student while fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment aligned with the school’s mission and values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in core subject areas, including English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities Create a structured, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology tools Assess and monitor student progress using formal and informal assessments Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student performance Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior Support students’ social, emotional, and character development Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom updates Participate in parent-teacher conferences, faculty meetings, and school events Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and expectations Participate in ongoing professional development We also help our employees build great careers.
