The Practice Arrowhead Family Health Center - McKee San Bernardino, California A family health center that provides a patient-centered medical home model of care. 44 exam rooms and two procedure rooms. Services offered at this facility include adult care, geriatrics, mammography, pediatrics, education, preventative and wellness care, and more.
