Position Overview
We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects throughout Northeast Florida.
This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on design work, wants greater ownership of projects, and is looking for a long-term growth opportunity within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate civil engineering designs for land development projects
- Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, and site development improvements
- Assist with permitting and agency coordination
- Perform engineering calculations and technical analysis
- Collaborate with our Civil 3D design team to develop construction plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and review agencies
- Support project management activities and project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of civil engineering experience preferred
- Land development experience strongly preferred
- EIT certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with site design, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D
- Strong communication and organizational skills
