Maintenance Associate

Methuen Village’s caring and compassionate maintenance team members provide a clean and safe environment for our senior residents. Methuen Village is located at 4 Gleason St, Methuen, MA.

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS

Rates start at $19 per hour. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Handle service maintenance calls from residents promptly. Assist with general daily housekeeping and heavy‑duty cleaning to keep the community consistently clean. Perform ongoing and preventative maintenance tasks. Assist with apartment turnover, moving furniture in and out of apartments. Handle snow removal and salting of walkways, sidewalks, entryways, and clearing residents "vehicles" during snowstorms.

REQUIREMENTS

Physical: standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending. Communication: ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
