Overview / Summary We’re looking for Senior Electrical Designers who are excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities. Work with a vibrant, dynamic team that delivers world‑class designs for well‑known clients worldwide. As a Senior Electrical Designer, you’ll perform computer-aided drafting and design of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems. Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP, you’ll create layouts, sketches, 2D/3D models, and electronic document files. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of complex packages in coordination with engineers and design leads and form the core of our electrical delivery team. You’ll also develop staffing plans based on deliverables, learn client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule, mentor subordinates, and provide guidance to less experienced designers and drafters. Primary Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent At least 8 years of Revit/BIM design experience Team leadership interaction experience Experience with electrical engineering power distribution design projects; mission‑critical facilities experience is a plus Understanding of electrical power system equipment/components such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc. Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Project lead experience Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Displayed ability to learn quickly and drive to broaden knowledge base Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams Passionate about buildings and construction Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree in a relevant field 3 years of semiconductor experience Exposure to NEC and electrical design requirements On-Board Companies provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics. #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Solutions Services, LLC
