What a Typical Day Looks Like Your day starts at 8 a.m. at the first home on your route. You’ll work independently, spending about two hours cleaning each residence. After finishing, you pack up your supplies and head to the next home, typically completing 2 to 4 houses daily. Once familiar with your route, you’ll usually stay on the same one, helping build routine and stability. Most days wrap up around 4 p.m. You’ll carry your cleaning equipment into each home and handle tasks like filling mop buckets yourself. Who Does Well Here Calm, steady, and dependable workers who show up on time Detail-oriented individuals who follow checklists thoroughly Self-motivated people comfortable working independently Those able to communicate delays or issues early and clearly Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform bending, kneeling, and reaching tasks What You’ll Do Travel locally between homes on your assigned route Clean residential and commercial spaces to high-quality standards Follow a detailed checklist for each job to ensure consistency Communicate promptly about any delays or challenges Maintain your cleaning equipment and supplies Pay & Schedule Training pay starts at $16/hour; regular pay ranges from $20 to $25/hour based on experience Average weekly earnings between $650 and $1,200, with bonuses for attendance, quality, referrals, and team goals Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rare weekend work Mileage reimbursement for drives over 25 minutes A Few Requirements Reliable daily transportation with valid driver’s license and active insurance Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and perform physical cleaning tasks Commitment to consistent attendance and quality work #J-18808-Ljbffr Clean & Dusted
