Tectonic is currently seeking a full-time Recruiter to recruit and source candidates for current and upcoming positions nationwide. A/E/C industry or other technical experience is a plus. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent for current and upcoming positions nationwide. You'll build strong perspectives on talent, understand candidate motivations, and communicate clearly throughout the hiring process. From first outreach to offer, you'll deliver a thoughtful, efficient, and personalized candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resilient and committed to attracting top talent with urgency and excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs for each role, and to develop effective sourcing strategies;
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify talent and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse technical talent;
- Sourcing, tracking, and developing relationships with candidates, while maintaining compliance with internal processes and procedures;
- Maintain an up-to-date database of sourced candidates and prospective positions;
- Screen resumes and candidates to determine fit for current and upcoming roles;
- Work with a high volume of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience;
- All other related duties as required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience; recent recruitment experience in the A/E/C industry a plus;
- General understanding of construction management, inspection, and engineering consulting positions and roles strongly preferred;
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred;
- Ability to work in a flexible way that allows for changes in assignments and priorities depending upon identified needs of the Company;
- Exceptional computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant recruiting software;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to act as a resource for and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization;
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team;
- Good sense and sound judgement in practical matters;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
