Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills:
- Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role within the food service industry
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in food service management, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
