PARTS COUNTER SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers and technicians with parts selection and sales
Look up parts using catalogs and dealership systems
Manage parts orders, inventory, and stock levels
Process parts transactions, invoices, and payments
Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas
Work closely with service and sales departments
Ensure accurate and timely parts delivery and availability

PARTS COUNTER SALES QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in parts counter sales, parts advisor, or automotive parts department preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and components
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Basic computer and inventory system knowledge

PARTS COUNTER SALES SKILLS

Strong skills in automotive parts sales, inventory management, customer service, and parts lookup. Experience assisting technicians and customers, managing parts orders, and maintaining organized inventory systems.

Knowledge of dealership parts operations, parts catalogs, and inventory tracking systems. Ability to identify automotive parts, process transactions, and support service department efficiency.
