Our Franchise is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to assist in servicing our Southern and Central Vermont area as well as our New Hampshire territory. As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee franchise processes relating to customers and take care of customer needsManage relationships with centers of influence (COIs)Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO® Franchise production guidelinesManage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficienciesTrain, manage, and recruit production personnelCreate and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarityReview all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficientlyProject Estimation and ManagementMonitor, communicate and respond to customer needs/concernsPosition Requirements:Valid driver's license requiredEffective written and oral communicationIntermediate math skillsExperience in cleaning/restoration preferredHigh school diploma/GEDIICRC certifications preferredProficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawXactimate Software experience preferred but not requiredAvailability to lead an on-call team on a rotating scheduleAvailability to work overtime during storm events and times of high call volumePay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience, as well as commissionSERVPRO® of Cheshire Co., NH and Windham & Windsor Co., VT is an EOE M/F/D/V employer.
