Talascend is currently seeking a Network Design Engineer for a contract opportunity with our client in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Overview


The Network Design Engineer will support the implementation of network products, including infrastructure components such as network switches, routers, and RF antenna systems. The role involves developing detailed installation and customer design packages, working on multiple projects, and providing support during installation.


Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of CARESCAPE network products and infrastructure components.
• Develop high-quality installation design packages used for installation purposes.
• Create customer design packages for troubleshooting and support.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide assistance during installation processes.
• Maintain effective communication with technical teams and clients.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of networking and RF experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively during technical consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Network and RF infrastructure design experience.
• Wireless networking knowledge.
• Network security expertise.
• VM integration knowledge.
• AWS cloud knowledge.
