A local produce distributor is seeking a reliable Full-Time Delivery Driver for regional routes from Fort Collins to Pueblo. This is a steady, long-term position supporting school and customer deliveries during our busy peak season. You will return home daily—no over-the-road or overnight runs.

Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule: Sunday through Thursday, typically 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (approximately 8-hour shifts). Off Friday/ Saturday
• Drivers who complete all scheduled shifts in their entirety are paid for a full 40-hour workweek.
• Scheduled breaks provided in accordance with Colorado law.
• 90-day probationary period, with ongoing full-time opportunities for the right candidate.
• Competitive pay: $23.00+ per hour (depending on experience).
• Potential annual bonuses, paid holidays, and PTO accrual after one year. No other benefits provided.
• On-site parking available; reliable personal transportation required.

Job Description
Operate a non-CDL refrigerated box truck (up to 24 ft.) to deliver produce and dry goods on regional routes from Fort Collins to Pueblo in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Load and unload at dock height using an electric pallet jack. Between deliveries, assist with breaking down and staging orders on pallets, facility and truck cleaning, and accurate completion of delivery paperwork (including obtaining customer signatures and verifying pallet counts).

Maintain professional customer interactions and promptly communicate any issues regarding deliveries, truck maintenance, or operations to management. Accurate documentation supports timely invoicing for freight and related warehousing services. This role is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Excellent attendance and punctuality (consistent lateness of 15+ minutes or frequent unscheduled absences will impact operations and may result in disciplinary action).
• Clean driving record (MVR required).
• Minimum 3 years of box truck driving experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience preferred (forklift and liftgate experience also preferred).
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in a fast-paced warehouse/delivery environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Smoke-free truck policy strictly enforced.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Schedule Note
Shifts are generally Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Start times may begin earlier and end times may vary due to traffic, volume, or operational needs, with as much notice as practicable. This position supports peak school-year deliveries across the Front Range corridor.
