Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff
• Oversee case management and ensure quality of clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and support ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services
• Lead clinical team meetings and facilitate training initiatives
• Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases

Requirements:

• Active Ohio LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor) or LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor) licensure required
• Proven experience in clinical supervision and staff development
• Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices
• Experience with documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-based environment
• Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care
