Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational value at all times Track and update contract files to ensure accurate revenue recognition Review customer contracts for compliance and internal policies Collaborate with Project Managers on billing, change orders, and contract modifications Analyze and verify customer invoices for accuracy Administer corporate credit card and expense reporting programs Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting inquiries Support month-end close and financial analysis processes Ensure proper application of internal controls Prepare general ledger entries and monthly reconciliations Analyze income statement and balance sheet accounts Drive improvements in accounting procedures and reporting Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of ASC606 and SOX404 compliance Proficiency with SAP ERP or similar accounting systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Apply and Referral Notes Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LHH by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
