Job Title

Registered Nurse – Vascular OR (CVOR)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours/Week | On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate complex vascular surgical cases including endovascular, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, carotid, thrombectomy, amputation, AV fistula, and cold leg procedures
• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care throughout all phases of vascular surgery
• Participate in on-call rotation, approximately 6–8 calls per month including weekends
• Adhere to unit scheduling needs Monday through Friday with potential holiday call requirements
• Utilize electronic health record system for accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or multi-state RN license required to be in hand at start of contract
• Minimum 2 years of vascular OR experience with ability to both scrub and circulate complex cases
• Current BLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Radiation badge required (provided by agency)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, teaching, or Magnet-designated facility
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Familiarity with a broad range of endovascular and open vascular surgical procedures
