Our client, in Robinson, Illinois, is seeking Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Robinson, IL

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 5am to 1pm 

What's the Job?

• Finish, inspect, and pack parts ensuring quality standards are met
• Move raw materials and finished goods
• Record all defects, scrap, and pieces produced accurately
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate production and quality reports
• Practice safety at all times and perform housekeeping duties

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for an 8-12 hour shift, mandatory overtime until 5pm when needed.
• Willingness to lift up to 35 pounds and climb stairs occasionally
• Flexibility to rotate between job assignments and work any shift as needed
• Must pass required safety tests and maintain good attendance
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
