Bilingual (English/Spanish) Home Visit Driver - HVD

The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Home Visit Driver - HVD drives a company vehicle during work hours and is responsible for visiting patients' homes to make first contact or follow-ups, fill out applications and/or obtain collateral information needed for case filing.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely drives and operates company vehicle
• Drives to patient's residences, employers, emergency contact or next of kin to obtain government forms and verifications
• Daily documents and forwards information obtained to appropriate worker
• Delivers complete applications to various government agencies when instructed
• Follows and completes daily route assigned
• Comfortable driving to different areas of metroplex
• Performs other duties as required by management

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma / GED (or higher)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
• Current driver's license with clean driving record (record must remain clean during employment)
• Familiarity with GPS or maps apps

Physical and Work Requirements:

• This job requires about 90% of time spent on the field driving and conducting home visits
• Able to get in and out of vehicle easily and walk up and down stairs throughout the shift
• Extensive periods driving, sitting in vehicle
• Physically qualified to operate a company vehicle
