Junior to Midlevel Technology Transactions Associate

Overview The Technology Transactions practice group advises clients across various industries, including fintech, financial services, artificial intelligence, cloud services, outsourcing, and advertising, on complex transactions and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities involve structuring, drafting, and negotiating strategic transactions concerning advanced technologies, as well as vendor, supplier, and outsourcing agreements. The role includes drafting and negotiating agreements related to software licensing, technology development, commercialization, intellectual property rights, and content management. Counsel clients on the evolving intellectual property and regulatory landscape for technology matters. Requires a strong understanding of issues related to the development, implementation, and commercialization of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and software.
