We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an entry-level hybrid position, offering the opportunity to build a career in sales and account management within the biotech industry. You will work closely with a supportive team, leveraging collaboration and communication to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. While this position is hybrid, we strongly emphasize team culture and collaboration. You will be a key part of a team that values openness, communication, and collective success. Job Title: Account Executive Location: Thousand Oaks, CA and its surrounding areas (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging scientific expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Present reagents and contract research services effectively, collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Achieve and surpass sales targets while staying updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies. Travel within the Thousand Oaks, CA area to visit clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and personalized service. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team objectives and business needs, including but not limited to assisting with cross-functional projects and ad hoc assignments. Requirements: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective engagement with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s Degree. Experiences in Life Science or Pharmaceutical, or a related field is a plus. Preferably based in or within commutable distance to Thousand Oaks, CA with the ability to travel locally to meet with clients. Must be able to lift and move 25-50 lbs. Why Join Us?
