Position : ERP Technical Recruiter Location : Andover, MA (on-site Monday-Friday with flexibility for remote for the right candidate) Pay : base salary + uncapped commission potential Candidates must have: 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow. Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover office. What You’ll Do Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling. Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands. Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence. Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent. Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently. Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
