We offer flexible scheduling options in a collaborative and modern clinical environment.**What You Can Expect:*** Competitive compensation package with a generous sign-on bonus* Monthly volume bonus based on patient metrics* Quarterly bonus (up to 5% of base salary) tied to patient satisfaction and quality outcomes* Comprehensive benefits starting day one: health, dental, vision, CME allowance and more!* Retirement plans with employer contributions and matching* Relocation assistance (if applicable) and professional liability coverage* Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)* Beautiful, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and Epic EMR* Supportive staffing model including radiologic technologists, experienced medical assistants, and advanced practitioners* Part of one of the fastest-growing urgent care networks in the country**What We’re Looking For:*** Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds* Active state medical license* 2 years of post-residency clinical experience, ideally in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting* Experience treating patients across all age groups* Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays* Strong communication and listening skills* Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers**Your Role:**As a Physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you’ll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including:* Examining and treating patients with acute conditions* Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests* Making diagnoses and prescribing medications* Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations* Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow-up care* Supervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support* Working 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-focused settingAt **GoHealth Urgent Care**, we GO above and beyond for our patients, communities and team members to ensure effortless, personal and connected experiences.
