We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage a busy caseload while delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities Prepare and file a variety of immigration applications and petitions, including but not limited to: Family-Based Petitions (I-130) Adjustment of Status (I-485) Naturalization (N-400) Employment Authorization (I-765) Advance Parole (I-131) Consular Processing Waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212) Removal Defense and EOIR filings Asylum applications and supporting documents Draft client declarations, affidavits, cover letters, and legal support documents. Collect, organize, and review supporting documentation. Prepare USCIS, NVC, DOS, and EOIR filings. Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case records. Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests. Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars. Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). Maintain confidentiality while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of immigration paralegal experience required. Strong knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, and NVC procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required. Preferred Skills Strong client service and interpersonal skills. Experience preparing hardship waivers and asylum packages. Ability to draft detailed declarations and organize supporting evidence. Familiarity with NVC processing and consular procedures.
