Role Highlights

• Lead and grow our inpatient and outpatient Palliative Care services across the region

• Oversee a dedicated team of physicians, APPs, and nurses

• Collaborate with system-wide leadership and fellow department chairs

• Monday Friday, 8 AM 4:30 PM; No call, No holidays

• Adult consult service with patients/week

• Virtual support for critical access hospitals

• Teaching opportunities with family medicine residents

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Palliative Care

• Fellowship-trained

• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure

• Strong communication, team spirit, and commitment to patient-centered care
